TRANSCENDENTAL DANCE®
Embodied spirituality. Dance of the invisible. Bridging ancestral wisdom with
Where the body becomes a temple
and movement, a living offering
between the visible and the invisible.
Transcendental Dance© is a holistic practice integrating meditation in movement, contemporary dance, Qi (vital energy) work, and gesture as a form of healing.
Inspired by sacred dance traditions and Eastern philosophies, it approaches movement as a celebration of the phenomenon of life — ephemeral and eternal — where the infinitely small intersects with the infinitely vast in the power of the present moment.
This practice links dance and personal development.
It is not a dance that exists for its own aesthetic finality, but a transformative tool for self-knowledge, emotional integration, and conscious embodiment.
Transpersonal Healing
Through the transcendence of the ego and the suspension of judgment, participants are invited to:
Encounter and understand the roots of psychological and emotional blockages
Expand the space of the heart
Deepen presence to oneself and to others
Release stress, internalized limitations, and trapped emotions
Cultivate resilience, grounding, and self-care
Deepening Dance Technique
Phenomenology becomes a tool for conscious dance practice.
Rather than executing technique mechanically, dancers reinvest technique through conscientious corporeality.
This approach strengthens authenticity, musicality, sensitivity, creativity, and depth of presence. Technique and consciousness are not opposed — they are integrated.
Sessions take place in spiritual retreats, festivals, studios, and also within social and care structures such as hospitals, retirement homes, and community institutions.
Available in group or individual formats, in person or online.

ACADEMIC RESEARCH
Whether solos or collaborations with various artists and companies, Tiffany's work revolves around existential, spiritual, and human questions.
Her creations explore the interplay between inner and outer worlds, the visible and the invisible. The body becomes a vessel for reflection, ritual, and transformation, where the mystical meets the corporeal, drawing on mythology, ancestral memory, and cosmic forces.
It is grounded in phenomenological inquiry into the spiritualization of dance today — sometimes referred to as sacred dance — and its therapeutic and inclusive dimensions.
The research explores the metaphysical unity of:
-
The tangible body (the material vehicle)
-
The intangible bodies (psychological, emotional, energetic, and spiritual)
At its core lies embodied phenomenology:
the study of pre-motor movement, the energetic movement of consciousness that precedes physical gesture — the adhesion of the invisible to the visible.
This practice does not promote escape from the body in order to transcend.
There is no ascension without descent.
Transcendence is accomplished through incarnation.
Transcendental Dance® proposes a post-dualistic vision uniting body, soul, and spirit — integrating human existence within both natural and spiritual cycles.
It is a practice of embodied spirituality, a dancing prayer, and a conscious methodology for personal transformation.
