From the birth of cellular life, we arrive in this world slowly remembering who we are. Stardust of the Universe, ephemeral and eternal, we embody infinitesimal possibilities of becoming. Moments unfold through movement, fleeting and expressive, yet leaving their energetic traces in space.
In Maïeutics, Tiffany draws on the Socratic art of bringing the human soul to birth. Her practice engages consciousness through phenomenological inquiry, guiding the performer to inhabit the body fully and reflect on the totality of existence. Inspired by the ancient notion of petite mort, she explores detachment and conscious dissolution, revitalizing life by living the present before any autobiographical construction occurs.
As part of her Transcendental Dance practice, Tiffany investigates the holistic experience of moving through conscious corporeality. She reflects on acquired techniques through Têchnè, bridging science and spirituality. The tangible body serves as a material vehicle, while the intangible bodies (psychological, emotional, energetic, and spiritual) reveal the subtle interconnections that shape lived reality, offering a phenomenological perspective on the body in motion.
