your coach

Tiffany is a holistic movement specialist, certified fitness professional, Pilates instructor, and teacher trainer. She has trained in a range of somatic and psycho-corporal approaches, which now inform a pedagogy centered on movement quality, body awareness, and overall physical and mental wellbeing.

She has been practicing Pilates since 2018 and has been teaching for several years to a diverse clientele, including beginners, regular practitioners, seniors, and individuals returning to movement or recovering from injury. She currently works across multiple contexts, including Pilates studios, fitness centers, corporate settings, and private coaching.

 

Her teaching places particular emphasis on postural alignment, deep core strengthening, mobility, breathwork, and injury prevention. Her background as a professional dancer also brings a refined sensitivity to fluidity of movement, precision, and embodied presence.
